The R/C Web Directory Tower Hobbies R/C Web Directory.  This is a good place to start looking for model aircraft related software. A search on words such as "software" or "computer" will bring up a large number of relevant links.
The R/C Source This is a link to Hobby People's RC Source, which is also a good place to look for sites offering R/C related software.
RC Online.com - New RC Content.   Daily. RC Universe is a major portal site for R/C aircraft. They have a well-organized RC Forum section, which includes an Aerodynamics and Design forum.
R/C Models - The website for everyone into Radio                             Controlled Modelling R/C Models is a New Zealand portal site for everything having to do with R/C modeling. They have a nice links page, including a separate section for R/C software.

DreeseCode Software Home of the Super Numerical Airfoil Creation Kit (SNACK™). This site is worth a visit if you are interested in airfoil analysis and design. The SNACK program can be used to calculate the required airfoil coefficients for input to the Gyles AeroDesign Pitch Stability Estimator.
Hanley Innovations Hanley Innovations sells a software program to calculate the lift and moment coefficients for 1000's of built-in airfoils. You can also test and plot your own custom airfoil designs.
The Incomplete Guide to Airfoil Usage This page provides a long list of the airfoils used on many of the world's aircraft down through the years.
Martin Hepperle's Airfoil Pages This site is a good source of theoretical information on airfoil design.
Desktop Aeronautics, Inc. This site is tailored more towards commercial aircraft design, but is still worth a look, as there is some useful information here. The "Applied Aerodynamics -- A Digital Textbook" section provides a good introduction to aircraft aerodynamics.

Supercool Racing Propellers This site has some good technical articles on propellers which could be of interest to modelers.
TeleHobbies R/C Aircraft Propeller Chart This is one of many charts of propellers vs engines which have been published.  It may be useful as a general guide.
Kress Jets Kress Jets offers for sale several model aircraft performance calculation programs. These include a Basic program for propeller performance calculations.
ModelFlight Some good technical articles including a prop chart.
Martin Hepperle's Propeller Pages Some good technical articles on propeller theory.

DARcorporation This is a site for those who want to design real airplanes. DARcorporation offers a number of software packages for aircraft performance and stability analysis.
Raymer's Aircraft Design & RDS Site This is another site for those who want to design real airplanes, but there is some good information here which is applicable to model aircraft. Raymer also offers several software packages of varying complexity for aircraft performance and stability analysis.
Desktop Aeronautics, Inc. This site is tailored more towards commercial aircraft design, but is still worth a look, as there is some useful information here. The" Applied Aerodynamics -- A Digital Textbook" section provides a good introduction to aircraft aerodynamics.
JammAero/Starcorp This site offers what looks to be a fairly sophisticated aircraft design program which can be used for model aircraft design. The program uses a panel method which provides for a higher degree of freedom in developing a design than do the AeroDesign ToolBox programs.

AstroFlight Inc. Manufacturers of AstroFlight electric motors.  They have some good technical articles as well as technical information on their various motors.
MaxCim Motors Manufacturers of brushless electric motors for model aircraft.  They have some good technical articles here as well as technical information on MaxCim motors.
KONTRONIK Motors Manufacturers of brushless electric motors for model aircraft.  They have an online tool for calculating electric motor drive system performance.
MotoCalc A software package designed to analyze electric powered aircraft.
